- We encourage our clients to choose their own costs, however, the prices provided in the comprehensive estimate are based on market research and regularly updated web resources.
- The comprehensive estimate will cover all estimated trades, and anything not included should be considered an exclusion.
- We are capable of performing all trades required for a project, including civil, site work, grading (cut and fill), mechanical, electrical, plumbing, paint, concrete, drywall, finishes, flooring, rebar, and millwork, depending on the client’s needs.
- Our Take-Off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless specified otherwise.
- Any revisions or changes to the drawings, as well as completion of information forms relevant to the project, will be billed separately.
- We accept credit cards as a form of payment and require upfront terms.
- Our prices are competitive with the market, and we strive to establish long-term business relationships with our clients.
- If Bidding Estimate fails to cover any scope of work in the estimate, we are responsible for compensating the client with a new project of the same scale or providing limitless revisions until the client is satisfied. However, since we only charge for our services and do not share profits with clients, Bidding Estimate is not liable for any insurance claims related to a project.
