- Bidding Estimate claims to provide precise and comprehensive estimates by using the latest software and current market conditions.
- Our takeoff process includes all the construction elements, if you feel something is not mentioned, it would not be necessary or considered as excluded.
- We provide the quickest estimates within 2-3 business days. The time can be increased only when the project is massive or complicated.
- Our company works on all construction trades including Civil, Site Work, Grading (cut & fill), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Paint, Concrete, Drywall, Finishes, Flooring, Rebar, and Millwork depending on the client’s project requirements.
- We accept construction drawings in a PDF format, but we can discuss with our clients for other formats too.
- Our construction estimating services are the most affordable and competitive in the whole US construction industry.
- If our construction cost estimators fail to cover your all Scope of work, We will not refund your payments after the delivery of the estimates. Rather, we offer to work free for any same-size construction project.
